Hotel Las Pergolas Guadalajara, Guadalajara

My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, equipped with a TV and cable channels. The staff, especially David and his team, were incredibly kind and accommodating, promptly addressing any requests. The location worked perfectly for me, being well situated near landmarks like Los Arcos and La Minerva and close to vibrant restaurant and bar areas.

I found my stay at the hotel to be quite satisfactory overall. The rooms were a bit dimly lit with just one ceiling light and another by the doorway, lacking cozy lighting. However, they were equipped with a TV and cable channels, offering decent entertainment options. The service was lacking in some aspects as there were issues that the staff couldn't resolve, but they maintained a friendly attitude. The location was convenient, close to landmarks like los arcos and la minerva, with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining experience was acceptable, although the prices could be more reflective of the state of the hotel. Overall, the facilities were decent, with room for improvement.
